Our Mission

At KZA Cosmetics, our mission has always been to celebrate and support our community’s natural beauty and strength through our products, people, and actions. In short, if it is kind, valuable, or charitable, we want to take part.

A portion of that mission, we are committed to giving back in ways that empower women and other disadvantaged groups. That’s why 5% of all product sales are donated to a network of charitable organizations, programs, animal shelters, and more.

As of 2022, we have donated over $11,500 to those in need.

We are proud to be able to make cash and product contributions to our community. From all of us at KZA, thank you for joining our mission and making a difference.Learn more about the organizations we donate to below!

Our Story

Working as a highly successful makeup artist for over 15 years, our founder, Kelsi Ziemann, recognized a need for vegan, cruelty free products that were easy to use and even easier to shop for. To pursue this need, she returned to school and graduated from Drake University in 2015 with a degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship.

Just three years later, KZA was awarded a utility patent for package design, which allows the user to clip coordinating lip liner and lipstick together for convenience and ease. In 2020, during the pandemic’s peak, we launched our first product: Opulent Lip Gloss, and donated 10% of our profits to supporting young women in need.

Today, KZA Cosmetics has continued to elevate what began as a dream to make cosmetics easier to use and better for the world. All our lines are designed to deliver stunning, professional looks while never sacrificing the health of our planet or animals. Finding the right products to help you look and feel your best (without a guilty conscience) has never been easier.
